The stunning dessert offers an innovative twist on a traditional favourite, combining layers of white & dark chocolate mousse, topped with cream filled profiteroles drenched in dark chocolate sauce, finished with white chocolate flakes. The highly respected Judging panel enthused about the desserts impressive visuals and excellent eat quality.
The achievement is all the more remarkable given that Aulds original factory was destroyed by fire in September 2005. Since then the company has grown from strength to strength and has recently moved into a new state of the art factory in Inchinnan, Renfrewshire.
