Continuing to strengthen its extensive pre and after-market services, FKI Logistex® - leading global provider of automated handling systems - has announced the appointment of Eamonn Treanor as Head of Customer Service & Support (CSS) covering its growing European installed base of advanced warehouse and distribution facilities.

A Chartered Engineer, Eamonn joins FKI Logistex from APV Baker, where he held the position of Customer Service Director. Bringing considerable expertise to his new role, Eamonn's extensive experience includes many years being responsible for delivering complex engineering solutions to a wide variety of industry sectors.

Eamonn heads-up an area, which has been the focus of a number of progressive initiatives implemented by FKI Logistex.

These include the introduction of a pan-European CSS organisation with responsibility for providing individual customers with a dedicated account manager - on call for all pre and after-market support, involving single and multi-site projects in one or more EU countries.

FKI Logistex is continually expanding its network of European-based CSS facilities with the addition of new strategic locations such as Spain and Holland. Another new key element in providing maximum customer support levels has involved the company basing expert support personnel on-site at all major FKI Logistex projects.
