I cannot view your website properly,what is the problem?

Please check that your desktop resolution is at 800x600 or 1024x768. You can do this by going to your 'control panel' and select 'display properties', here you can change the 'settings' to 800x600 or higher. Check that your browser is in 'image viewing' mode by looking in the 'advanced internet options' tools menu, and also that your internet connection has not been broken.
