Kirsty will learn all about the business
her mother set up in 2002. As part of her
role Kirsty will spend four days each week
in the office and one day at college backing
up her practical work experience.
She has already been involved in making
sales calls and following up leads for the
business which is the only one in the UK
set up specifically to make products suitable
for those with a nut allergy.
Angela Russell said: “It is an exciting
time for us with a new product range in development
and listings secured with more major retailers.
Kirsty will have the chance to learn everything
about how a small business like ours operates.
