Ibex Interiors

Diversity, quality and reliability are all hallmarks of Ibex Interiors. Separately, they effectively characterise the company. The first defines its capabilities, the second, its workmanship, and the third, its commitment to those for whom it work. Together they enable the company to provide clients with quality-conscious, cost-effective interior fit out and refurbishment solutions.

Established in 1996 as a division of the highly successful John Doyle Group Plc, Ibex Interiors has grown to become a leading contractor in the high quality end of the market, with offices located in London and Birmingham allowing it to serve discerning clients throughout the capital and Central and South-East England.

A friendly, professional and highly experienced contractor, Ibex Interiors provides services to occupiers, landlords and building managers who may be relocating, refurbishing or reorganising an existing space. Whether fitting out from Shell and Core, or Cat A, the company has the management skills and technical capability to undertake projects from £50,000 to £20 million.

One recent project, with a contract value of £6 million, was for Paramount Pictures International at Chiswick Park in London W4. This exciting business park is predominately occupied by media companies and this fitting out for Paramount Pictures was the seventh project undertaken by Ibex Interiors on the site. The centrepiece consisted of a film viewing theatre complete with projection room for 60 people. Support areas for client entertainment included a lounge with bar facilities and a café area with servery.

Other successfully completed projects over the past year or so include 11 Hill Street, a prestigious project in the heart of Mayfair, 15 Sloane Square, an extremely high quality 8000 sq. ft. Cat B fit-out, and the re-fitting of a number of common areas at the NEC in Birmingham. Indeed, Ibex Interiors has just enjoyed its best year ever, with a turnover of around £105 million.

If all that were not enough, the company further enhanced its credentials in 2007 by achieving ISO 14001 and BREAM assessor status. And that level of professionalism certainly paid off in its £2.3m Caxton House project, where it helped Land Securities refurbish the Department of Work and Pensions' new offices. The building was occupied throughout, and big client changes posed extra supply-chain challenges. But a commitment to true partnering saw it through in style, helped no doubt by another innovation last year, the appointment of a dedicated close-out manager who ensures quality levels are maintained right to the end.

Ibex Interior’s willingness to resolve problems in a non-contractual manner helped it secure a 16% increase in turnover - and all of it was repeat business. To find out more, telephone 020 3206 4300.
