M&B Contractors Limited is a well established family business, having been operating for over twenty five years throughout North Wales, Wirral and West Cheshire areas.

The company was founded in 1980 with a view to provide quality Civil Engineering and Groundwork services. The company is still a thriving prosperous family owned business with the dedicated hands-on approach of both Directors (Michael Titchiner) and Managing Director (Brian Titchiner).

The ethos of the company has always been to deliver quality workmanship carried out by competent persons, safely and on programme. The company is also committed to health and safety and takes their responsibilities very seriously. All levels of staff receive necessary safety training to ensure that the required standard of competence is achieved.
On several occasions their clients have requested that M&B Contractors act as Principal Contractor for the earlier stages of various schemes, with a view to being re-assigned to the client as and when Superstructure Works commence.
As Groundworks Sub-Contractors within the industry, the work is executed requiring minimal supervision in respect of the following elements: All variety of Sub-Structure works, Drainage and Services, Hard and Soft Landscaping and Estate Road Construction up to Adoption standard.
During the past 3 years, the company have successfully completed in excess of 400 properties, inclusive of road works on a number of developments, using verified local trades and suppliers on a variety of labour, plant and material inclusive contracts. M&B Contractors has the resources to be competitive on projects between £150,000 and £1million plus.
The company, for a number of years have successfully negotiated a variety of projects with their clients, this being due to the cultivation of a good working relationship.
Due to their vast experience and their knowledgeable expertise, the company have on occasions been able to offer cost saving solutions wherever possible to their clients and by doing so able to minimise any excessive waste and disruption to natural surroundings.
M&B are currently involved on several major new build projects including a development for Redrow Homes set in the village of Ewloe in Flintshire that consists of several 2 & 3 bedroom homes.
Additional current contracts include a prestigious development of 4 and 5 bedroom homes in Buckley, Flintshire for Persimmon Homes, and a further development consisting of 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached & 3/4 Bedroom Detached units including 4 bedroom Mews Terraces for Anwyl Construction.
Given the extent of recent negotiated contracts, they are looking to promote this partnering aspect of the business.
Over the past 12 months, M&B Contractors have taken major strides towards future expansion by announcing their intentions of acquiring small schemes of 4 luxury apartments in North Wales.
